E-mail notification problems

I am no longer receiving instant e-mail notifications to any of the threads I am subscribed to. Does anyone else have this problem? What can I do to correct this? They're not being blocked from this end, I just plain don't see them anymore. Please help because I feel very much out of the loop with all the swaps I'm involved in!!

Linda, Go to the User CP located in the blue line above this window. Click there and in the new window in the control panel click edit options and change the email notification to "instant". Somehow mine slipped into weekly notifications....drove me nuts til I figured it out. good luck

Thanks Kathy, I checked that out and they were all listed as instant for email notification already. I just don't get it.

If this issue continues then email [email protected] and ask them what you might do. They are really helpful.

studbo, I don't recall exactly right now, but I think I've seen your address show up many times lately in e-mails that have bounced back to us, intended for you. if I remember right, your provider thinks we're a spammer and so has 'blacklisted' us.

okay, just checked again. what I said wasn't exactly right. e-mails from us are getting filtered by your provider, you might want to talk to them. here's what comes back to us from them:

don't know if that helps, but perhaps if you talk to them they can fix it. my guess is that they recently made some changes and now everything's being blocked.

If I had more hours in the day I'd go through all our bounced mails - many people have outdated or wrong addresses and so their messages pile up in my 'bounced' folder by the thousands.
