Over the past couple of weeks or so e-mail notification of comments in my gallery have seemed to be hit or miss. Today I thought my popularity had soared, but I quickly came back down to earth when I figured out the page or two of e-mail notices really covered several days - and all referred to comments I had already seen. Am wondering if this is an isolated event, or what?
Not isolated. I'm getting tons of repeat email notifications- multiples of even the same comment. They are dating back as far as late September- 29th I think is the oldest I've gotten. It is driving me crazy! I've goten dozens just today! I keep seeing that I have new email but I have to scroll down forever to find it.
found out tonight about an email server issue, I don't have all the facts yet. but it appears some email was queued up and never delivered. now the dam's broken and the backlog is going out. you'll likely continue to receive some old emails until the backlog is gone. sorry about that, I'm hoping to find out what caused the issue and that we can get it remedied.
Well, in the meantime we'll just have to let it boost our egos, huh Dorothy?!! I'm feeling pretty popular myself with my email ding donging me every few minutes! LOL! Thanks Daven!
