Double pictures in gallery

OK both times Ive uploaded a card, it is posted twice. What am I doing wrong?

If you double click the upload/submit, it will load twice. The second click will add a 1 to the end of your file. So if you were uploading card.jpg, the second click will make the filename card1.jpg.

You can remove the duplicates manually if the file name is different, or let us remove them if the file name is the same.
