Did my post get moved to a different forum? And why?

Last week I posted templates and directions for a triangular shaped explosion card. I put it in the Resources forum and now it is in the Techniques forum. Did it get moved? I thought it fit better in the Resources forum.

Kim Wilson's the Resources mod, and she moves anything out of that forum that does not have a template attached in the thread. Hope that helps!
