Cards Disappear

I have tried, successfully I thought, to upload my 2 most recent cards. However, after a day or so, the cards and info about them disappear. This has happened about 3 times. I lose the cards and all the comments and info. Can you please tell me why this is happening?

If your file has a random, common name assigned by your camera or scanner (scan001, for example), it is subject to deletion because it may be mistakenly identified as a duplicate. The easiest way to prevent this is to always include your SCS username as part of the file name (which is different from the title that shows in the gallery).
