can't stay logged in

I have reset my password many times since yesterday and It keeps saying invalid password/user id. I don't know what's wrong ( it's like it's stuck in a loop)


also on a separate issue, I seem to has lost access to the dd gallery. Is my year up? do I need to do another payment?


any help would really be appreiciated in this matter.
