Can you delete an upload

I just uploaded for the first time, and accidently uploaded the same card twice. One pic has all the how-to info and one doesn't. Can or how do I delete it?

Yes you can. Open the image, go to "Edit photo". At the bottom it will say "If you want to delete this image completely, check this box". Check the box and submit.
