...help me? I have a few questions about using my profile. The first one is, how can I change the size of a pic to be used as my avatar? Secondly, is there tutorials on how to get around the site, or to answer things like my first question, or on how to use certain features on this site. I hope this all makes sense - it's all so clear in my thinking, but do you think I can get it down in words? :rolleyes:

You can resize an image for an avatar using any photo editing program. Just make sure it's smaller than 80x80 pixels and 12 KB.

IMO, the best way to learn your way around SCS is to just start poking around and checking out various links! Also, there are several very informative stickies pinned to the top of different sections of the forum.

That did it! Thanks so much, Rachel. I do poke around but I thought in order to avoid making some serious faux paux (sp?) I should read the "manual" I've got a lot to learn...
