Another annoying (expanding) ad...

This one is for Chase bank; I don't know if I'm rolling over something or what, but it lands smack in the middle of my page and blocks everything. I have pop ups blocked, and I never ever get these types of ads, so I'm not sure how it is getting around that...
One thing, it does go away if I click on a link to another page...

How is this happening if pop ups are blocked?

ETA ahh, checked my settings further, and I have given SCS the exception because I want to allow full access...guess I'll have to block SCS, too, now :(

These ads are driving me nuts! I'm usually pretty easy going about stuff but these are awful!!!!
