I noticed that too and thought we had a weird type of spammer like the other day when weird posts were showing up that had nothing to do with the particular topic being discussed. I reported it for investigation and then they were poofed by our mods :-)
It really skews what shows up in the feed when people "sub" that way instead of using the option under the thread tools. Just curious, do the mods let people know of the proper way to to it when this happens?
I also saw an "unsub" message from this same person. Does that even work?
