Default Windows 7 Question

Sorry, this isn't a SCS question but, maybe someone will help me out anyways. I was deleting and moving some pictures on my computer and a whole file of pictures disappeared! I did a system restore everything came back but, that File. I did a search and found an icon with the missing file name but, when I click on it...it says file has been changed or moved would you like to delete the shortcut. under the file icon it says....
c/users/owner/app data/roaming/microsoft/window... I can't see what else it says. Please can anyone help me? Thanks!

Ok, I found it in an Owner area, went back several dates listed, and right click to copy back to Pictures. Weird huh? Thank you for your help, have a Great day!
