Why did one of my uploads disappear?

I uploaded a card yesterday (7/31), and it was there this morning, but it has now been removed? Did I do something wrong? Or were there glitches on here? I have since re-uploaded it! Any thoughts?

hmmm....I looked in your gallery but don't know why it would have been deleted unless you had a card with the same name or it wasn't a card picture.
