I'm wondering if I am the only one having viewing issues. When I go to the gallery, and click on 1 day, I see pictures fine, but no comments, and very few views, they have been the same pictues for some time. But, they are not the same pics as when I scroll down when on the beginning of the gallery main page. There are different pictures here that are not showing up under 1 day.
What prompted this question is one of the cards is mine, and when I go to My gallery, there it is, comments and views, but it does not appear that way in the regular gallery...............just wondering what is happening. I've cleared cookies, and restarted the computer trying to figure out what is happening, anyone else having this same thing?
I've been having some issues as well. Like you, I sometimes see pages with just thumbnails of cards, no other info. Other times 3 or 4 pages in a row will be the same page.
Yesterday, it was probably 4-5 hours, then it would change, stay stagnant again. Today, I was not around much so I couldn't tell if it was happening or not.
Same thing just happened with me. I uploaded a card and got the message that it had been approved. It showed up in my personal gallery, but I couldn't find it on the main gallery. I always used the 1 Day option, and the 24 pics per page. I noticed that when it switched (by itself, for some reason) to 12 per page, that my upload, and a bunch of others, was there on p. 3. The only option these don't show up on is 24. Very weird.
I can't help but wonder how many wonderful and inpiring cards I've missed!

I just tried it and Today's Additions on the home page seems to be the same as the 1 Day option. However, the issue seems to have been solved, since I can see the batch of missing cards in the 24 view mode now. Web page coding is SO complex. I'm always amazed that there aren't more glitches than there actually are!
OK, something is seriously wacky. My card is in there twice -- once on the top of p2 and once on bottom of p3 (24 view). I'll shut up now and leave it to the experts.

I have been having the same problems with the the latest additions. I'll click on it and it will show 12 cards with all the info. Then when I hit the arrow button it will go to 24 with thumbnail view only. Then when I click the forward button, it will go back to 12 and it will be the same page. I have found that I can subvert this craziness by clicking on the 24 view mode while I am on the first page. I am so clueless about computers; it just amazes me that someone knows how to do all of this stuff!

I have noticed that when viewing pictures in the gallery, if I click on a certain card to check it out then go back to the previous page that I was viewing that the view is cut off on the right side of the screen.
I haven't had any of the other problems you all have mentioned but I have noticed that. I usually do the 24 view.
I noticed another little oddity this evening. Often when I'm looking at a card (from today's additions) I will find another card from the same set in the little thumbnails below it to check out and comment on. Tonight I was looking at a Fairy Nice card and looked at the little thumbnails below and they were the photos from today's additions - not photos from the Fairy Nice gallery. Does that make sense? It was just odd.
Alright, so here's the scoop. We've implimented a bit of page caching, which saves pages that are created for about 45 minutes and uses those instead of brand-spanking new pages. The drawback is, as you have noticed, that many pages are just a little outdated. This is most noticable in the "most recent". As we get other gallery performance issues down, i would like to be able to drop the length in minutes which we save pages down to a much lower number.
So the moral of the story is: If you just posted a card and don't immediately see, or notice that view counts or comment counts are off, give it a few minutes, it will correct itself.
I'm definitely having problems though were my default screen in the gallery always used to be 24 per page, in the "Gallery" view mode. Now, seemingly in a random fashion, they will pop up as either 12 per page or in the "Thumbnails" view mode, or both. Very strange. Every time this happens, I manually switch it back, but when I click to go to the next page, it seems to go back to the previous view.
I try to stay on top of the gallery, so I generally go into the gallery and look at posts from the last 1 day.

I don't have problems viewing the gallery, just uploading to it! I have been trying for the last hour to upload pictures into the dirty dozen and each time I get timed out and there goes my uploads!!!!

When the gallery's getting hammered. . . just come back later. :( I know that's a cruddy solution, but for now, that's all we've got. Can't wait to see what you've come up with!
