URGENT: Invalid Home Page Message/No Access

A number of other folks have also mentioned this in other posts below but weren't as specific. When you click on the home link, it is still bringing up a page that says:

Splitcoaststampers.com is currently undergoing planned maintenance for server upgrades.

with no links, no buttons, etc.

So if you are typing in www.splitcoaststampers.com you won't be able to access the rest of the site.

It sounds like their browsers are looking at the cached version of our site.

Click here for help clearing cache. That should do the trick!

The interesting thing is that I had never been to the temp home page until about 5 minutes ago. I'll give it a try though.

ETA: ok, I cleared my cache (I'm using firefox). If I open a new session of firefox and type in the address I am still getting that temporary home page. And if I click on the home link in the existing session it still takes me to the temporary page.

Ah, maybe that's a whole 'nother thing. . . what browser are you using? Can you give us more info?

Ok, here's a weird thing I didn't notice before. In my dropdown of recent sites, it has an extra "/" at the end of the url ( Forums at Splitcoaststampers )and that takes me right in. However, without that extra "/" I get the temporary page.

Sounds like you maybe didn't have the / version cached?

It works now, right?

No, not if I use the url without the extra "/".

I just closed down all sessions of firefox to make sure that even though I had cleared cache something wasn't hanging on or something. I still get the same results - clicking on the home link or typing www.splitcoaststampers.com or www.splitcoaststampers.com/ won't work, but www.splitcoaststampers.com// does work.
