Default common questions about cutters and adhesive - put in a table?

Hello, I just wanted to make a suggestion about some content that could be added as either a sticky to resources forum or elsewhere. time and again people start threads asking about what is the best paper cutter to buy, or the best adhesive to use, etc. the threads are great and I have learned a lot about the different products as a result of reading them, but I was thinking that if all of that information on SCS about cutters was summarised in a table that this might be really helpful to new members and those new to the craft.

I was thinking that the different makes and models of cutters could be evaluated either categorically (excellent, fair, terrible, etc.) or continuously (scale of 1-10) on a variety of different variables, such as
portability
straightness of cuts
price of cutter
price and ease of finding replacement parts
ease of use
ease of measuring without marking
customer service of company
overall impression
because different people find some cutters just hideous to use while others feel they are the best cutter in the world, there could also be a comment section to reflect that while the general impression of this or that product is good, some people find that the cutter is stiff, or the markings are hard to see, etc.

I don't know if a table of this kind of information would be seen as advocating one brand of cutter over another; I don't know if there are legal issues to be considered. but if this kind of table is seen to be appropriate and would be supported by SCS, I would be more than happy to cobble one together based on my experience and whta I've read for the SCS community.

also, just wanted to say that every single time i use SCS, i am grateful to all of the hard work and dedication the support staff put in!!!
