I am having trouble linking things in my posts....I used to type in a title, highlight it, click on the globe with the paper clip and paste in the html code. Now when I do that, the box where I would paste the html looks different and it won't link to the highlighted title. Can anyone help me out?
There have been 2 different windows in the past day or so, one repeats the HTTP// so the link doesn't work-just go remove that-had the same prob myself with the different window

it works this way but when I try to rename it by highlighting it doesn't do anything. THis has been for 2 weeks when I noticed the pop up bos looked different. It used to be just a gret box and said enter html....now it says at the top "reply to post...splitcoaststampers" and then has like a "V" in lbue under it and then the space with http:\\
OK, I know what I had trouble with earlier today, but it may not be your solution. I was c/p'ing the URL from a webpage, but I left the http:// in there and it was already there when I hit the globe icon.
let me see if I can work on your problem....

it's really annoying....
Ok, Denise, I get that box, too. Here is what you need to do:
copy the URL from the website/page you want to link
go to your post and click the globe thingy (technical term, I know)
you'll see the box you described above
in the space with http:// paste your URL, BUT MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE HTTP:// TWICE
click OK
then you will be taken to your post with some wording highlighted - THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO PUT YOUR WORDS THAT WILL INDICATE A LINK.
