User names missing on some folks? CLOSED while we work on this

Hiya Lydia,

I've been noticing this for the last few days. A few usernames seems to be missing for some folks when they comment. I noticed it on comments left on cards in the gallery. Safari Version 11.0.3
I'm also attaching a couple of screen shots of what I see. First is for this link: Thank you chalkboard by cainp - at Splitcoaststampers a comment Roberta made but her user name is missing.

Julie - do you know the usernames of the people whose names aren't showing?
