Uploaded 2 cards but they vanished - not in my gallery
Hi Lydia, I just uploaded two cards, typed up all the information on the details page, clicked Submit Cards - and they aren't in my gallery - they have vanished. Where have they gone? Do I have to upload them again? :confused::( Help!
Oh, I should clarify that I was uploading 2 cards at the SAME TIME so wondered if I did something wrong in that particular process :confused: as it was the first time I have used the new uploader to upload 2 cards at once. I was bit puzzled by the 'use CTRL to select multiple files' and didn't do anything like that - and just browsed my USB stick that has my cards on it and uploaded 2 pictures - and then went to the next page when you type in the stuff and my pics were there then. Cleared my cache and tried a different browser - nope my cards are still not in my gallery :( WISH I would learn to copy and paste when I type up a whole lot of info so if something goes wrong, I don't have to re-type it all - only ever think of it 3 seconds after.......
If you saw them on the second page, it sounds like they were okay - you might have lost your internet connection during the upload - can you try again?
Thanks Lydia - I will try again. Can you pls tell me what you do with the CTRL key at the upload images page - I can't figure that bit out because I thought that you would need to press something else after that key and not just CTRL?

Hold control and then use your mouse to click on multiple files. To select them, click once, and then when you select the last one, double click to "open" (or I guess in your case it will actually upload) them both.
