Default Color font in your replies

Am I just dense? How does one change the font color in thread replies? Like in the secret sister threads. I see others doing it- but I can't figure it out myself. Can anyone help?

Default Here's How

1st, you have to use the Reply button, not the Quick Reply message box.
Then, there will be buttons above your message box for Fonts, Sizes, and Colors.
Click the Colors button, scroll down or over to the one you want and click. Then you will see something like this --[ COLOR="Red"] -- in your message. Type your "special" words, the ones you want colored, between the brackets "] [/
Hope this is understandable... wishing I were a teacher.

When you click "Reply" do you see the letter "A" with a black bar under it above the text box? Highlight the words you want colored, then click on the little black down arrow next to the "A". You should see a color box drop down. Select your color and hit "enter" or click. That will do it!

I don't have any of the other options either just the smiley faces and I am a fan club member so I don't think that's what it is...maybe the computer system??

You must click the button that's to the left of the screen just under the last post. It will give you a window that allows you to choose color, style, and size of fonts. Here's a picture of it.

Default One more try

Slow learner here. I went to submit reply, got the fonts and color at the top of the message box. Maybe my Mac just won't cooperate.

Default Correct me If I'm wrong

I just looked at my setting in my Control Panel.
(click on your name at the top of the page)
and look for Edit Options:
Click on Miscellaneous Options:
at the bottom of the page,
Click on the drop down box you will have 3 options to choose from.
1. Standard Editor
2. Extra Formatiing Control
3. Enchaced Interface Full WYSIWIWYG Editing.
I have mine set on #3.
Message Editor InterfaceWhen posting messages to the forums or other members, there are three interface types available to you. The simplest of these is a simple text box, while the last is a fully-fledged WYSIWYG editor, which allows you to format your text as you want it and see the results immediately.

Depending upon the capabilities of your web browser, you may not be able to use all of these options. If you experience problems when posting messages, try switching to a different interface type. Basic Editor - A simple text box Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing Message Editor Interface:

This might be what you are looking for.
This way you can change your color's and Font's
