My question/problem is this... everytime I go to upload a photo into the gallery I get an error message. I don't remember the # off hand, but it comes up and says something about a fatal error. I have uploaded cards in the past (April was the last sucessful) so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any sugesstions?
Okay, I just tried to upload again and this is the message I got. Any suggestions?
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 52428800 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 13312 bytes) in /home/httpd/vhosts/splitcoaststampers.com/httpdocs/gallery/image-inc.php on line 84
try again now kristen. you were trying to upload some large files and the gallery software choked on them a little bit. to avoid this, process your files a bit before uploading - 640x480 pixels max, jpg format, 70% quality. doing that will result in smaller file sizes, quicker uploads and less chance of errors.

Do I change the dpi when I am scanning them then. I am not always the best one to know all the computer jargon.
I changed the dpi on one to 75 and it is only 91kb and I still get:

I just spent a long time scanning a bunch of cards, then changed them to jpeg , but can't figure out how to go in and change the pixels. My husband was lost too.
Thanks!
