I receive emails that I have a private message, but when I log onto the website there is nothing in my box. Please help!

from your e-mail click on teh link-see if that works. If you have the pop-up screen from here and click on the link from here at SCS, your e-mail still stores the old message to tell you to pick it up. Is it that you have already picked it up maybe? (took me a while to figure it out!)
