Why doesn't my sign in information stay? I log on with my name and password and have clicked on Remember Me but now it does not remember me.

First, make sure that you have cookies enabled on your browser - at least for splitcoaststampers. If that is not the problem then you may have conflicting cookies. Browse to your cookies folder - usually on your hardrive under C:\Documents and Settings\your_name\Cookies - and delete anything that has to do with splitcoaststampers. Then restart your internet browser and try logging in again.

Let us know if this doesn't work.

oh my gosh, I just did a total uninstall and recovery, this suggestion might just be me over the top. I truly need some craft time to wind down from it all
