Replies to a Sticky Post

I'm confused. I've replied to a couple of posts and they instantly appeared. I then replied twice to a sticky post in the Sketch Challenge forum. I got a notice that my reply had to be approved. One was on Saturday and the other on Sunday. My replies still aren't visible.

Is this normal? Who do I ask about approving them?

Hi LInda - it happens sometimes and I don't know why - do you have links to show me? Then I can approve them.
