Member gallery subscriptions vanished - CLOSED, we are working on it
Wondered why I wasn't getting notification after spotting a couple of uploads I would have expected to get them for. All my subs to member galleries were gone.
Up to date Chrome, up to date Windows 10.
I think my list gets shorter every time this happens because I can never remember all the ones to add back :(, especially the more irregular uploaders.
If it’s something that happens fairly regularly could you screen shot your sub list every now and again Sabrina? I haven’t experienced the issue but I might do a “just in case” shot having seen your post!

Do you know when the last time it happened was?
I can't remember offhand but I did mention it in a thread here as other people were having the same problem. The only sub left yesterday was the one to the flip-down stack, everything else was poofed.
I am still having the problem too-I think I was in that last batch of people; I know I have reported it. I lost you Sabrina for the 4th time and Limedoodle for the 2nd, Angelnorth a couple times, and I don't even know who else...since I surf the general gallery I will find ones I didn't get pinged for and re-up. It is just so common now I dont think about it much.
The one who has stayed totally stable for me is Kitty 747.
I believe we are up to date Chrome and windows too. This lap isnt a year old yet.
The last thread was closed abt 3 months ago bc it was being worked on....I don't see an update. Maybe I missed it.
Any love yet? Bc today I see that while I am subbed to a gallery it is very hit and miss. I get one notice, it skips 10. Which is even weirder than none at all. False hope and all that. ;)
There are other ones that just simply still don't notify my at all. :-(
Sorry to add another one to the list. As happens periodically, I've lost all my gallery subscriptions.
Trying to resubscribe to as many as I can remember and I think I'll remember most of them who upload regularly, but normally the name of each person whose gallery I've subbed to shows - and here it clearly isn't!
I'll report these - Sabrina we still have that gallery ticket open but can't reproduce it yet.
I'm not overly concerned about the occasional losing them...but not being able to see which ones I've subbed to is definitely a new oddity. I took a nosey at someone else's list and could see the same anomaly there, a list with names and then the two most recent galleries subscribed to looking just like my screenshot, no names.
Okay what they found is that the SUBSCRIBE button will actually unsubscribe you if you're already subscribed. So we changed the behavior to show unsub if you are already subscribed.
