Last evening I got an email notification that I had a pm. Couldn't find it (the pm) last night, still not here this morning ... maybe just a phantom?

People who have Time Warner as their internet service provider (or RoadRunner) were having their PMs and thread notifications delayed and they just started getting delivered again...

Oh. I have Charter Communications. Maybe it's under the Time Warner umbrella.

Oh well. Hopefully it's nothing that someone wants/needs a fast reply.
