Password reset frustration !

Anyone else having trouble? I tried over and over for two weeks, with the emailed directions, click here, and here is the new code which has failed over 10 times now. Multiple emails to the HELP email box with no reply. Any suggestions?

Thats one of the site issues they are working on. Check out the other thread. There may be some helpful information there.

Also try clearing your cache. It may be holding old info in storage.

The autogenerated passwords are case sensitive, so if you're on a mobile device, that can be a problem. I can reset it to something easier for you - but you are logged in, so I'm a little confused - are you using the temp password?
