yes they clean up computer and happened at randomed too! But I try cleaning again

Here are the steps that have been done in an attempt to resolve the problem
1.Uninstall Firefox
2.Manually clear the Mozilla AppData folder (%APPDATA) to completely reset Firefox
3.Clear cookies, cache, history and all fields on Delete Browsing history (Set to Everything)
4.Temp turn off Webroot Security
5.Disable all add-ons on the browser
6.Made sure that Firefox is up to date

Still getting a blank page after clicking the Quote button on my post

You didn't need to uninstall!

I cannot reproduce this, and I'm seeing tons of other people quoting posts, so I think you're having either a connectivity issue or something unique to your computer/browser.
