No photo?
 

I uploaded a card this morning...it shows in my gallery as a thumbnail. But when I click on that specific page, my photo does not show. I am a Fan Club member, so it's not awaiting approval. All I see is the little green icon, as if an image is missing.

I clicked on edit photo...and it says No Image, but I can't re-upload my photo either. This is for the FM200 Celebration card

Weird. Can anyone help?

Can you click on the photo, edit, then replace the photo and save? It will take about 20 minutes to sync - let me know if it doesn't show up after that.

I am having the same issue viewing cards......

What cards are you having problems seeing? All cards? Cards in your gallery?

Having the same problem starting with page 2 of "Last Day uploads"; page one was fine when I clicked on thumbnail but starting on page 2 no photo shows up.

I tried that twice...once before I posted this question, and again after I read your reply. It says

What's weird is that when I try to edit the photo, it says NO file is selected, so I can't remove it, since it "isn't" there

Yet it shows up on my gallery page as a thumbnail, and some people have viewed it, so it shows up in general.

I noticed the same thing when clicking on some of the cards in the F4A263 gallery...my card included. Also, some who were commenting mentioned they could only see my thumbnail....so I knew it wasn't my computer. Obviously, some bug in the program. I
remember several years ago, there was this problem.

Georgiababydoll just posted a link to a card for a challenge but when I clicked on the link I only saw the details. No picture and no avatar. Just ? in a blue box. I went to her gallery and all I see there are albums. Not sure if she put it in an album or not.

i am also having issues seeing pictures attached to a post. the box is there at the bottom of the post, but no pics. I have tried in both Chrome and IE , on my computer and on my android phone.

Can you give me a link to a post where this is happening for you?

Lydia, I don't know if it was yesterday or what, but you posted in a thread and said about posting a picture later. At the end of that post it appeared a spot for a picture but no picture there. I assumed...we all know about assuming....that it was a saved spot for the picture later but now I'm thinking your post didn't post the picture. I can't remember what the topic was. Maybe I can find it

I too am getting the red x instead of the full pic when viewing the F4A gallery - Susie Australia's card, Hobbydujour's card, Stamperrobin's card to name a few. Yesterday I could not view Crafty Julia's card.

I see it at post 1008?? I'm on my computer now and I see it in Chrome. Also see it in Chrome on my phone now, but did't when I posted earlier. Still can't see it on the unknown phone browser...

Hey, Lydia! I'm pretty sure all of this is related to what I've been (not) seeing since the end of last week. The problem is still the same. 90% of any gallery I view is little gray boxes. But even the ones that have thumbnails, I can't see when I click on them. The problem came & went yesterday, but today, every time I try to look at today's MIX gallery, I see mostly gray boxes.

Any progress on the on again/off again gallery viewing? I'm still getting a lot of gray boxes & pictures that are there sometimes, gone others, thumbnails w/ no pic when you click on them or entire galleries w/ nothing but gray boxes. (iOS, Safari 8.0.3)

Yesterday's FS Gallery: FS422 - Homemade Cards, Rubber Stamp Art, & Paper Crafts - Splitcoaststampers.com I have thumbnails, but only gray boxes when I click on most of the thumbnails. I can see a few, but not many. (Here are 2)

Hey Julie - we really can't make any progress on it because we have not been able to reproduce it even a single time. :(

Do you have another device you can try? A phone, etc. and see if you can see the photos that way?

Our only theory at this point is that your pages aren't loading completely.

I'll try it out on something else. I'll mention that it's not just me :( Others have mentioned they are having trouble, too.

Right now, everything is back. This happens a number of times during the day, then all of a sudden, things disappear again. Next time I come back and things start disappearing, I'll see if it's doing on my iPad or phone.

The issue we had on Friday affected everyone - we had just gotten new servers and it took a while for the images to migrate but that was all settled by late afternoon.

Your issue appears to be unique, and we can't reproduce it. :(

Forgot to mention...don't know what happened, but after y'all did the last "maintenance" I haven't had a bit of trouble! Yay!!
