sorry about that Karen, I think we're getting closer though.
don't know if you're having login problems, but we're working today on restoring a setting that didn't make it over in our migration. we're hopeful this will clear up some of the login issues people are experiencing.
on the issue with gallery contents temporarily disappearing, we're still looking for the root problem there. not likely we'll have a fix today, but it shouldn't be long.
with forums not updating, it would really help us to see a screen shot of what you're seeing. do you know how to do that?

I tried to log out last night so I could clear the cookies and it would let me log out of the site in general but not my gallery??
I mostly go to the general stamping forum and it has not updated since the change....I usually have to click pg 2 then go back to 1 to get it updated. Sorry, I do not know how to take a screen shot?? Will try if you can walk me through it!

My gallery was restored, and I thank you for that! However, this morning I had six blank email notifications out of eight. They were for different cards, so it is not linked to a certain days' upload. Just wondering....thanks for all you do.

I have been trying for 2 days to upload cards. It takes the first screen and when the second screen "processing image" comes up, it immediately goes to the last screen saying I have successfully uploaded.
Just figured out that when I upload, it will not work when I upload to members gallery. I was able to upload a SU card. Not sure why I can't upload to members gallery. Thanks.
there are so many great cards that i'd like to comment on, but the pages are loading sooo slowly or not at all; a new page opens, "server cannot be found." i refresh several times, but it just takes too long. it took me over two hours to leave a dozen comments tonight.
I've been getting those server cannot be found messages a lot - not today, but yesterday and Saturday were both pretty bad.
And today, instead of still getting some blank notification emails - just for a change I've only got one notification for a card that has 5 comments.
No problems at my end, I'm sure you'll sort it all out (still remembering that moving house analogy. There's one thing we never did find, LOL)), just letting you know .

I've been getting the message server cannot be found a lot yesterday and today.
The page will open sometimes but when I try to send it goes to the cannot find message after that I can't get the main thread back!:(
Ahhh, don't you wish there was a headache-free way to changes servers with instant success? I'm still getting infrequent email notifications both from PM's and gallery. (I'm waiting for the day they'll all catch up and I'll get 100's - lol.)
