In the Demo Business Talk forum... The thread titled New Angel Policy

So... I *may or may not* sell bulk sets of cards using images from MDS. Basically, an image *may or may not* be printed on Stampin' UP cardstock AT HOME, embellished and made into a card and sold in sets. The advantage of this is in image consistency and how professional the image looks versus hand stamping (and time, of course). So, this new policy *may or may not* affect how this business operates. So, does an image printed on a single sheet of cardstock count as a "project" in MDS? And, if so, does EACH card count as one project or does each bulk "set" of cards count as one project? I'm so confused!!

That link is fine - but you do have some malware. Text enhance is a bug that your browser picked up. It's pretty common.

Here's one article about it and how to remove it. There are lots of others - just search for "text enhance" and you'll find scads..
