My card is messed up because it was moved

Ok, I uploaded a card about 40 minutes ago and it finally turned out correct.
I worked really hard at getting this card uploaded because the first time I started to upload it, I accidently got a blank picture form when I scanned it.
So, I stopped that upload and finally got the card that was the correct one but I could NOT use the Four Frames catagory because it kept bringing in (no matter what I selected) the accidental Blank picture. So I uploaded to the member gallery. Sure enough, the moderators "moved" my card to the For Frames Gallery, and just what I was afraid would happen, it now shows the blank picture. Can my card be left back where I had it under members gallery. This is the second time I have had this issue over the past 6 months.

I wanted to add that now, when I go to MY GALLERY or TO FOUR FRAMES what *I* see is a blank white card. This is so frustrating.

I got your email. The problem is actually the stopped upload, not the move. When something happens to interrupt the upload, it holds onto that image and that's what creates the problem. If you email me the picture I will fix it. The right gallery doesn't have any impact at all on what the issue is - the mods are just doing their job organizing the gallery so people can find things

Email the pic to lydia (at) splitcoaststampers (dot) com and I'll fix it for you.

The best thing to do is not to stop an upload, but to complete it, and then either edit or delete the photo after it's in there so that there aren't two images for the gallery to process. It gets confused

Another thing to keep in mind is that when a card is moved from one part of the gallery to another category (i.e., from Members Gallery to a specific stamp set gallery), it sometimes takes up to 10 minutes for the gallery software to update the change. A card will show up with the "red x" until the software goes through the change process.

Ok, Lydia, gotcha, but the last time, I was told to NOT delete, so I thought i was doing right this time by not even processing it.... sorry about this, next time I will just make sure I click on the right picture. I thought moving it did have an impact, because the memory part came in when ever I tried to upload to Four Frames. The minute I chose members gallery instead, then it did the correct card and that was what was showing for some time....the blank pic did not show up till it got moved to Four Frames.
