Missing card

I was having major difficulties uploading a card on Sunday - I think it was related to my browser or something on my end as much as due to SCS problems that day.

When I completed the info page (bulk upload page) and clicked to upload, it seemed nothing happened, so I started all over. When I saw it in the gallery, there was a duplicate past, so I deleted one. The image was there for a while (there are comments people could see the thumbnail) but today there is only a blue line. Is there a way to reinsert the card? It is not that big a deal, but it looks strange with comments and no picture LOL!

I just Favorited it to see what would happen ! So now at least it has a Pretty little heart under it ! LOL does it give you the option to edit your photo ? if so why not trying to load the photo again ( Assuming you havent already ! ) I sure it will get fixed ! Good Luck...Kelly

Well, duh...
I have done lots of edits but never thought about it letting me add another photo. Sure enough, there was a spot for it.

I just had a similar problem occur with my latest card. The original photo uploaded just fine, but then I realized I had the wrong SU set. I edited my photo and after I saved it, all I get is the title. Now, I can see it ok in my gallery but when I click on the thumbnail, there is no photo.

I'm going to go back and try to re-add the photo. There was a field where you could upload another photo but it said to leave it blank to keep the same photo. Maybe there is a bug in that code?

Well now it's back without me having to do anything so I guess it just took a minute for the system to get back in sync.

I know that when I edit the photo information it takes a while for the new info to show up.
