link on SCS home page to DD fan club challenges

I just recently resubscribed as a fan club member & while I am a diehard SCSer ever since I first started stamping & appreciate your work so much... there are two things that really frustrate me. :twisted: I've read that others have a hard time with these too, so I thought I'd add them here as constructive criticism (meant with love.) :-D

1) I have searched for hours to find the most current Dirty Dozen fan club interactive challenge. The only one I can find is September & the due date for that one is a week gone. (I'm writing this Oct 22nd.) Is there just not one?

Would it be possible to please have a link to the DD fan club interactive challenge on the main page? And/Or perhaps some info on it in the Challenges 101 thread?

2) when I signed up originally 1.5 years ago there was mention of templates as a perk. I still can't find them. Please help. :-D

Hi Mel!! Here is a direct link to the DD challenges for this month!
This is how I get to the thread: At the top of the page I click the forums tab, scroll down to Fan Club (toward the bottom, under the "other stuff" box), click on Monthly Themes, October is the 3rd category.

Mel, we're so glad that you're excited about participating! You'll find what you're looking for here. There are several FC-only tutorials in resources, too, and we're working on a way they can be accessed besides from the monthly theme posts (they'd show up in resources with a special icon). Just a couple more kinks to work out. As for current challenges - we'll link to the current ones in a message on top of the gallery (check the first page) as well as on the home page announcement. I'll see what I can do about getting the FC challenges added to the challenge listings, too. Thanks for the suggestion!
