Yet another card upload cry for help~

I've tried to search on this topic and follow the answers but I'm still having uploading issues. I decided it was finally time - way past - to post to cards since I love looking at the inspiration here.

I have not been able to sucessfully do so. First I was told the file was too large so I went to picnik and figured out how to resize it...I saved it as a jpeg....when I tried to load it it told me it was not in an acceptable format.

As you can tell - I'm not the most computer savy person - so what do I do next? TIA for the help!!

told y'all I'm not computer savy I just checked and I had saved the picture as a jpg if that makes a difference in your reply

Hey Andrea!!! If it's a JPG and it's smaller than 2000 pixels wide and 2000 pixels high, then you might be seeing a cached error message.

There's a sticky at the top of this forum that will walk you through clearing your cache and then I'd like you to try again and let me know!

Lydia - thanks for the help - I was smiling when I saw "who" responded cuz I love your blog ----I know (ducks my head) I'm really bad and don't leave comments and I know I should/will in the future.

I tried your suggestion - and went back to picnik to make sure its the correct size and am trying to reload but it seems to be "processing" for a long time LOL

edited to add: OK it just failed again - I'll try again tomorrow

Have you watched the video (Learn how to upload your art) linked in Lydia's signature? It's great .
Also only fan club member uploads will go through on Sunday, non fan club member uploads will stay in the queue till Monday. Just in case you're not in the fan club and try again today ;-).
