I have tried several times over the past few weeks to upload cards. I fill out all my information and choose from my files the images I wish to upload but after I hit submit and see the swirling circle indicating it's processing, I am sent back to the first upload page and all my info is gone. Not-to-mention my cards are not uploaded.
I figure this must be a problem at my end since I see that others are uploading their images successfully. I have noticed at the bottom left hand corner of my upload pages that there is a caution sign. Can anyone help me to remedy this?
Many thanks,
Vicki

Hi Vicki! I have being having this same problem too intermittently over the past couple of weeks. I usually can upload after several attempts, but darn it sure is frustrating. I am wondering if anybody else besides us is experiencing this?
I have a different issue. I can upload my image fine, and it shows in my gallery, but it isn't showing in today's uploads from the homepage. I know SCS is busy on Sundays and I'm suuuuuure they have more important things to do (like spend time with family and friends!) than to wait for a card I may occasionally decide to upload to the gallery. I did it a few hours ago, and checked back now and was a little surprised it wasn't showing. No biggie. I'll just go look at it a few times so it looks like more than just one person has viewed it. lololol

this is happening to me tonight. i am trying to upload to the paper cone gallery and it takes me back to the original screen. my photo has a unique name, so i don't know what is happening. this happened a few weeks ago too and i was never able to upload the image. however, i have uploaded a few cards over the past week and it has worked.
any ideas?

Cheri, I'll admit I'm not an expert at troubleshooting, but I'll try.
It's my understanding that usually when it takes you back to the original upload screen without processing your upload, it's because your file size is too large. However, since you're getting *some* of your things to upload, it seems odd to me that it's giving you sporadic problems.
Is there any way possible that either your camera settings or the settings for your photo editing software are different each time, resulting in different file sizes?

thanks for letting me know...but i really am no expert either...i use the same image size each time i edit a photo in PSE. i also use the same camera setting. i just uploaded a photo tonight and retried another one, but to no avail. :( thanks for your suggestion!
