This appears to be missing from the formatting options in Advanced Reply, across three browsers and two devices. There's a blank space above the #. I don't remember the top and bottom of post buttons beside where it should be...but probably, like the green arrows, they were always there.
I usually do that before reporting anything ;-).
I have once again cleared cache in all browsers on both phone and desktop, and the only browser out of four that it works in for me is Firefox.
I'll let Puffin go, it's a pretty minority one ;-) but it's not working in either Edge or Chrome - and given that Chrome has 50% of the market share, that's not insignificant. I did wonder if it was related to the formatting issues with signatures - it's not showing in that box either?
I'm sorry - my mistake - I THOUGHT this one was fixed for Chrome last week but I just looked at the ticket and it's still open. Your best bet is to use Firefox until it's resolved in the other browsers.
