How do I add a link to a word when I am uploading a pic
 

I want to be able to add a link to a word when I am uploading a card and typing in my description just like I can here when I am posting to a thread. I have super easy icons to help me here, but can't figure out what to do when I am uploading to the gallery. I know it can be done, cuz others are doing it. I am feeling a little computer challenged at the moment--HELP!!!
