Peggysue has e-mailed me several times today and can't get on SCS...yesterday or today. I've had a little trouble but not much. Is there a way to check her account? She wondered if she needed to resign up or something?? She has a MAC and can get online at other sites...just not here. Any thoughts or suggestions?
she can send an email to the help address, or we can reset her password if that's the problem. no need to sign up again. do we know what the problem is?

Thanks Daven! No, she wasn't sure what the problem was...she thought it was on SCS's end since she was able to get on to other sites......I'll e-mail her and let her know to try this.
I am a Mac use and haven't had a problem. We got new updates and sometimes that slows it down until they are put in the right place.
I'll let her know...does she need to do the putting in the right place?? Maybe that's the problem? Although she's had a mac for a while now.....who knows!
Mac puts it in the place for you but sometimes it takes a few minutes. Tell her to go to her keychain and see if she can find the password and log in name there. If she does not have the keychain on the dock (she should know what I am saying!) tell her to look in applications. Mine automatically go to my keychain.
Many, many times I have tried to log in under the wrong name and password...so easy to do.
OH-she could give you the log in info and see if you can do it. Maybe it is her computer. I rarely have had my Mac crash; maybe once in 15 years so I don't think it could be that but one never knows.

Ooops, another question....can you pm (or post here) me that help address? I've searched around and can't find it...I know..I'm a dork! Thanks.....

Thanks for the info! I just tried to call her but she's not home. I'll try later and read all this info to her. Thanks again! You have been very helpful!
there's a Contact Us link that anyone can use, logged in or not, at the bottom of all our site pages. or, she can send an email to [email protected]. she'll want to be specific about what's not working, what she has tried, etc. so that we can help her get back on.
