Help! Can't get "resources".

I cannot access "resources" section. this is message:

"Database Error: Unable to connect to your database. Your database appears to be turned off or the database connection settings in your config file are not correct. Please contact your hosting provider if the problem persists."

I am awaiting response from scs. But has anyone ever had this problem/ Any solutions? Tks in advance.

Oh no :( That's no good!

Everything is all good, so you probably need to clear your browser cache.

I don't know how or what i did but finally got resources back. tks for the advice. i try to clean up disk as many times as i can. i thot i set it to clear when i shut down. but, the main thing is that i am a=ok
