I don't have to scroll in this thread...but I do in the You Can Do It Challenge thread. I'm using IE, but I haven't done anything different. I did try changing the screen resolution but it didn't help. Just made everything smaller and I had to scroll too.
If I "maximize" my screen to use the whole screen, the scrolling isn't an issue, so that's what I am doing. It's funny but at some screen sizes the little orange flowery thing on top of and below the word "forum" doesn't line up with the word. I'll try to add a screen shot to show you what I mean. I have an older computer with XP running and not sure I want to download another browser since I rarely have issues with IE.
Are you in the most current version of IE? We can't reproduce the issue in IE 7, 8 or 9 - so without you trying another browser it will be hard for us to know where the issue is.

I am one of those "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" type of gals! I am still loving XP and when this computer of mine goes, I am going to cry hysterically. I have Vista on another computer, but that one isn't connected to internet. I need to buy a plug in to make it wireless, then maybe I will start using that one more. Vista is not my favorite, and I know there is Windows 7, maybe 8, but they messed up when they ended XP in my opinion...but I never did like change!
The biggest issue for me are the claims that IE is so unsecure. I won't use it for any site where I have to enter credit cards or any other sensitive information anymore. I've used Firefox and Chrome for years.
btw I believe the current version of IE is actually 10 but I don't know if it works on XP.
eta: Almost every time I use IE, I get the little exclamation point thing in the bottom left of the browser and it says some kind of error. Most pages still load but that error just being there bugs me.
I have never put credit card info in on any computer, so I don't worry so much about that. Sometimes I get a "done, but with errors" message, but I never see any errors so I let that slide. LOL

Just hopping in to say that I love XP too, Kathy, and we still run it on two out of three computers. It was the best OS after NT4. Vista I never liked but Lydia's right - you wouldn't mind switching up to Windows 7 . 8 I've not tried yet, I'm with you in the "ain't broke, don't fix it" class.
