Question about editing post (missing button)

Can someone please let me know why I have "edit" buttons on some of my posts but not others?

I was trying to edit a post I made on a different computer but there is no option to edit those posts. When I post from this current computer those posts have it. I tried clearing my cookies/cache etc. but still can't edit all my posts. Is this a problem?

Also, I noticed that to see my own gallery uploads I have to be logged in. Is there a way to change this so that everyone can see my gallery photos regardless of being logged in?

Hi Jennifer -

That probably means that on the computer where you don't see them - you're not logged in. If you're not logged in the site doesn't know you're "you" so it can't let you edit posts

And as far as your gallery goes - it depends on what galleries your cards are in. Most of our galleries are visible to logged out users, but some we save for registered members. Membership has its priveleges! So if many of your cards are in those galleries, they will not be visible to logged out users. Your member gallery is, however.

At one point certain forums kept the edit button indefinately and in others it expired after 5 minutes or something. But I am not sure if that is still the case.
