In the last week I've sent two emails about a fan club subscription I paid for as a gift on November 15th. I learned that the recipient still does not have access to the fan club and I've not gotten any response to my emails.
Is there anyone out there who can help me now or do I have to wait until next week after the holidays?
I'll send a PM with a link to this thread to Jenn Balcer. If she can't answer the question, she'll get it to the person who can. I'm sorry that you haven't gotten a reply yet. I'm sure it will get straightened out very soon.
