Gallery upload tips

Any tips for starting a gallery? I've never got around to it before now and I'm kind of confused as to how to pick the category my card fits from that drop down - it's overwhelming!!
And isn't there something about changing the name for each card?
There may be a thread on this already in existence but I can't get my search feature to work so feel free to redirect me

A few tips:

Just pick the drop down you think fits best. If you're not using a stampin up stamp, then choose a technique or something under "anything but a card". If you're really not sure leave it in your member gallery.

Before you upload your image, change the file name to something unique. What I like to do is add the date to the end. for example momsbdaycard092109.jpg
