Gallery ?
I'm having trouble getting into the gallery. Is anyone else? It just comes up "cannot connect". I read that they were doing some maintenance yesterday but thought that was over this morning. Didn't know if it was just me or what. Thanks bunches guys!! =)

If you're still seeing that message - the page is stuck in your cache - I have a sticky at the top of this form (I moved your post to our tech support forum  ) with instructions on how to clear it.

I posted about this problem this morning, but don't even see the thread I started now. I cleared my cache and my cookies per your instructions, and I still cannot view the gallery. Any other suggestions? I use Google Chrome.

Hi there!
So you did - clear browsing options > and checked all the checkboxes?
After that, hold down the ctrl key, hit the refresh button in Chrome and then type the address for splitcoast - don't access it through a bookmark. Then click gallery.

I'm having issues too but it's with Firefox. I cleared my cache and can see the gallery...just not mine. Says cannot connect or something.
I can get in fine with IE though. Strange :confused:

OK tried again....when I got the Could Not Connect message I hit Refresh and viola...I'm in! yeah!

I log in through AOL and cannot see the Gallery, even though I've cleared my cache many times.
It must be an AOL problem ... it always seems to be an AOL problem. :rolleyes:

Yes AOL takes manual clearing every time. Did you follow my instructions for clearing your footprints in the cache sticky? |
