You might be better posting this in the Site Suggestions thread at the bottom. It may just be that SCS is a little shorthanded right now with the holidays.

Yes I did report it...... I found a thread last night that look very much like this one. And it was Spam. The link was for SCS..So I thought I would check it out to see just where it would take me. It did not take me to a SCS site..But to another website that was asking for money for their friends.

Just so you know... Marbles01 is not the only one with this problem. I asked my SIL to get me a subscription to the Fan Club, and she called me yesterday to tell me that SCS is not answering her emails. She was pretty upset that she had to call me and tell me, but didn't know what to do since it was a couple of days before X-mas and she had no gift for me. I had seen this posting the night before, so I was able to tell her she wasn't the only one, but it is dissapointing that she couldn't get an answer.

Let us all remember that this website is kept running by many dedicated people, a few paid, but most VOLUNTEERS. I think we can all appreciate that they are entitled to some time with their families and friends over the holidays. It is unfortunate that your attempt to register Fan Club subscriptions in time for Xmas gift-giving isn't going to happen. At least we can still enjoy the REST of the site until everyone gets back after much-deserved time off.
There's a note posted on the front page about delays in answering help and contact emails due to the holidays. Gift subscriptions are still processed manually, and I'm really sorry that you have had problems. Send me a PM, and I'll see what i can do! If I don't answer right away, I should be home by 11 CST, and will certainly help out.
