How do I get my quotes in?.

Not really sure what you are asking? Sometimes the key strokes, when they are together, come out as a smilie or something else. Just the way it happens.

'are you meaning a quote like this' or "like this" Or am I way off from what you are talking about?

I have the same problem when I type the regular double quote mark " it comes out the way you described, so I just use the single one '.

Oops! Now it comes out just fine. I'm using Firefox instead of Microsoft Explorer, so maybe that is the problem for you too.
