Hey! For the last few months the little heart to favorite cards has been missing for me. And now every time I go into the site, it only shows 12 cards. I will change it to 96, but when I come back to the site again it's back to 12. Has something changed? I have cleared cookies etc. I really miss my little heart Thanks in advance for any ideas to fix this...

lol. i thought the same thing - who is that?? and why isn't kitty wearing blue? i don't understand.
Your heart was STOLEN by - let me guess - an update to Firefox 4?
Our users who upgraded are now the tin men of Splitcoast, with no hearts!!
Our peeps have a ticket open for this, but if you try another browser, the heart will work.
The 12 stinks - we just found that last night and it's reported...
PS - if you want to stick with FF4, you can click the super boring "Add to Favorites" link instead

I did just upgrade to Firefox 4 so I guess that explains my loss of the heart.
When you say "our peeps have a ticket open for this" does that mean we will get the heart back in Firefox 4? I don't understand why the change in browser gets rid of something that is part of Splitcoaststampers' website.

Yes, we will get it back. Browser change things all the time - and sites like ours are constantly having to make changes to make sure people in all different browsers can see all our content. It's a never ending task for developers.
First they have to go figure out exactly what FF did that made it not display our heart anymore (it's still there - just hidden to ff4 users) and then figure out what to do to make it display in that browser and still let it display in IE, Chrome, Safari, etc.
Until they hunt down what it is in Firefox, you can always use another browser on Splitcoast to use the heart - I know that's a pain to switch your fave browser though..
It still shows up for me in the usual place (right below the photo), but I had this issue with Internet Explorer before. I had to update my version to the latest version for the heart to show up.
It seems the little heart used for to favorite not available. Or has it moved to somewhere else on the pic?
Hi - I merged your thread into the thread about this in our support forum.
That's actually a problem with Firefox 4. Our team is working on it. In the meantime, you can click the super boring "add to favorites" link or use another browser.

I was just looking through the gallery and was going to favourite something and there is no "favourite" button:confused:
Wondering if
a) I am going crazy
b) There is a glitch
c) Something has changed on SCS and I didn't know about it

When you click on a sample, there is a heart next to the title of the photo. Click that heart, it will turn pink/red. It is now saved in your favorites. Hope this helps.

I moved your thread to our support forum. That is actually an issue with Firefox 4 - did you upgrade recently? Our team is trying to resolve it Actually they may have fixed it tonight
I just came across several cool cards in the gallery that I want to favorite....but the "favorite heart" isn't showing up to click on! Did I miss something or is the gallery just having some maintenance done? I'll forget which cards I saw if I don't get them saved soon! =)
Are you logged in? Sometimes I forget to do that and then the favorites heart isn't there. I just added a couple of things to my favorites list a few minutes ago and it worked fine for me. I hope you can figure out what is happening for you.
Oh, Lydia, thanks SOOOOOOO MUCH!! You are the bestest ever!!!!!! YOU ALWAYS TAKE SUCH GOOD CARE OF US! I don't even think I did anything with Firefox, but there' sno telling with me - LOL!! Thanks again!!
