Upload disappeared

I uploaded a card yesterday. It was approved and received some wonderful comments on it. Today it is gone! I even had a different file name on it that I didn't think anyone else would have. What could have happened - and should I attempt to re-load it. I really would like it in my gallery so I'll have a "record" of it. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello! I see two cards that you uploaded yesterday in your gallery. There was a third card that was deleted? Can you add a 0 or something to the end of your file name and reupload? That should do it.

The reason items are removed in our scan for duplicates is this: our computers look at filenames, and will compare. If there's a file name that's the same as another already in *your* gallery, it'll remove the most recent version.

Thanks. Maybe I'm just not doing this "file name" deal right. I'm giving the photo a file name before I upload it. I'll have to work on that end of it. Thanks again, for the advice.
