Can't see 1artist4highhopes gallery pictures
 

Help needed please.
I am unable to see the photos of cards made by 1artist4highhopes.
All I see is a tiny grey square where the picture should be.
I can read comments left by other users so I know they have been seen!
Does anybody have any ideas please?

Do you mean #1artist4highhopes? I checked some cards in her gallery and can view them fine. Mabey it was a glitch? Try again and see if it works.

I've tried several more times and still dont see pictures. If i request a search for High hopes stamps 17 or so pages come up but the cards by #1artist4highhopes still don't appear. I guess theres a gremlin playing on the wires somewhere!

I've never been able to see them either... only hers... werid. :)

At least I know NOW I am not going MAD
 

Hi I am having the same problem too and had sent a msg to Beate asking for help... It seems she is able to view the gallery .. but for some odd reason we can't

Beate suggested trying to access the gallery via a link from elsewhere in the forum thread to see if that worked.. She suggested clicking on her username and going to the gallery that way? so far no luck for me but maybe you guys
will have better luck..

Can access other galleries fine .....HMMMM VERY ODD

I tried Beate's suggestion and that worked for me. See if this link works for you, too:

I believe it's the pound sign in her username that's causing the problem, but the above link uses her numeric user ID (81434) and not her username.

I have been working with tamba1 on this issue, and she has helped me figure out a possible solution for the problem that other users might be experiencing:

ZoneAlarm selectively blocks random images on SCS... I'm not sure of the reason yet, but it looks to be impacted by the following element enabled within ZoneAlarm:

Banner Ads -> Banner SkyScraper/Ads


If you deselect that item for SCS, the images in question should come up just fine. Please let me know your results in this thread. Thanks,
