Cannot View Comments

I uploaded 2 photos in my gallery for Stamping Spaces this morning. I see that one of them has 5 comments, but I'm only seeing 1 comment when I click on the photo. I've never had this problem before. Can you help me? Thanks!

Well now that's pretty odd. Are you signed up to receive email notifications on those cards? If so, did you receive 5 emails?

Very odd indeed. Thank you for taking a look at this for me. No, unfortunately I do not receive email notifications - I opted out a long time ago. Maybe I don't really have 5 comments, but wondering why it shows that I do? I'm still stratching my head over this.

Well when you are uploading cards, you have a choice during upload if you want to receive notifications on that specific card. Can you set that to yes on your next few uploads and we will troubleshoot?

I will poke around and see if I can find a rational explanation in the meantime.

I suppose for now we will have to assume that three ghosts commented on your cards!
